DESIGN:
JPFC24-12L is an enclosed semi down draft double wall auto spray booth. Air enters through a top
ceiling plenum and is exhausted in the back through a center exhaust plenum with paint arrestor filters.
Lights are exterior mounted on clear
tempered glass for maximum light. Man access door is located on the side for personnel access.
CONSTRUCTION:
All panels constructed double wall with 20 gauge galvanized steel with 2″ flange pre-punched inter-lock nut & bolt assembly.

Main Product Doors: (1) Set of tri-fold product doors for a 10′ W X 9′ H opening with observation
windows.
Man Access Doors: (1) Personnel access door with observation window size 42″ W X 84″ H.

JPFC27-12L is an enclosed side down draft auto spray booth. Air enters through the intake filters in the ceiling and is exhausted into the arrestor filters located on both sides of the booth. Lights are exterior mounted on clear tempered glass for maximum light out-put. Man access door is located on the side for personnel access. Hi-volume fan and motor are included. Spray booth is gable design for efficient air flow and lighting.

All panels constructed with 18 gauge galvanized steel with 2′ PRE-PUNCHED (Nut & Bolt) panel flanges on outside of unit.
